Janice "Jackie" Aus

Jackie Ann (Johnson) Aus, died on Friday, June 8, 2018, at the Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd, New Rockford, ND.  Jackie was born June 2, 1940, the daughter of James F. Johnson and Patricia Mae (Bass) Johnson.

Jackie graduated from New Rockford Central High School in 1958 and went on to Business College in Fargo.  She worked in Fargo for several years. She married Melford “Whitey” Aus in 1962 and they divorced in 1969. She returned to New Rockford and was employed by Erling Rolfson Insurance and Campbell Construction. She retired on June 25, 2007.

In 2010, she “temporarily” moved in with her mother after she needed some assistance at home.  In March of 2015, Jackie entered the Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd. She was the aunt, sister, cousin and friend whom everyone would want to have as she cared deeply for all of us.
