Jason A. Bauer

Jason Bauer, age 51, of Jamestown, ND, died Sunday, August 28th 2016 at CHI St. Alexis Health, Carrington, ND.

Jason Allen Bauer was born on June 16, 1965, in Crosby, ND, the son of Frederick and Elizabeth (Byrud) Bauer. He lived in Portal until 1974, and then moved to Williston, ND, after suffering a tragic family loss of his Aunt Monica Byrud the family moved to Fargo, ND. He attended school in Fargo, and graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School, Fargo. Jason achieved great success as a car salesman, while doing that he received many awards as top salesman. He moved back to Fargo in 2006, while living with his brother in Fargo he had a massive stroke. His health continued to decline, he then moved to Jamestown in 2009.

He loved spending time with his family, especially his nephews and nieces. He enjoyed bicycling through the US, playing Xbox, dining out and trying new exotic foods.  Jason toured the country going to Rock Concerts seeing his favorite bands like the Rolling Stones, and Grateful Dead. Jason adored his therapeutic cat Rocco (furbaby), who was like a child to him.

Jason is survived by his four siblings Tony Bauer, Fargo, Rachelle Marquette, Rutland, ND, Patrick Bauer, and Tara Bauer both of Jamestown; four nephews and four nieces Chelsea, Dillion, Sarah, D’Andre, Andrew, D’Montre, Skylar, NatariAnna, and great-niece Marlena. His aunt Burnetta and Kathy and many cousins.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents Fred and Betty, his aunt Monica Byrud, and grandparents.
