Lynn Bauer

Lynn Bauer, age 47, of Fargo, ND, died Tuesday, October 11, 2016, at Golden Acres Manor, Carrington, ND surrounded by family.

Lynn Edward Bauer was born on June 28, 1969, the son of William and Marlys Jane (Hewitt) Bauer at Carrington Hospital, Carrington, ND.  He was raised and attended school in Carrington, graduating in 1987.  During high school, Lynn worked at Sooper Stop.  After high school, Lynn attended North Dakota State School of Science in Wahpeton, ND.

Prior to moving to Florida, after college, Lynn enjoyed dealing black jack and socializing in Carrington. Lynn moved to Florida and he worked as a waiter at Sam Seltzer’s steak house along with other fine dining establishments until he moved back to ND. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, painting and other types of art, along with collecting coins, stamps, and cobalt blue glassware.  Lynn’s favored passion was spending time soaking up the sun on the beach in Florida and gathering seashells.

Lynn will be remembered and deeply missed by his father, Bill (Marlys (Dunn)) Bauer, Carrington, ND; brothers, Jay (Cindy) Bauer, Carrington, ND; Marty (Angie) Bauer, Carrington, ND; sister-in-law, Sandy Bauer, Williston, ND; Marlys Dunn’s children, Trevor, David, Shaunette; nieces and nephews, Nicole (Nathan) Fischer, Jason (Jenna) Bauer, Ashley (Jaydee) Schulz, Taryn (Luke) Bauer, Torie (Tate) Wells, Arie (Maryssa) Bauer, Chaz Bauer, Jarret Bauer, Sabrina Wolfe, Haley Wolfe, Dakota Wolfe;  2 great-nieces, Kaiya and Rayna; 4 great-nephews, Izak, Landon, Jonathan, and Rowdy.

 

He was preceded in death by his mother Marlys and brother Craig.
