Message: Sympathy to you Becky in the passing of your Mother. I don't know if you even remember me,but we were pen pals years ago and wrote several letters back and forth.I have thought of you many times and wondered where you were. All I knew is that you were from Sheyenne. Think we either met in Farmers Union Camp or possibly Bible Camp. Would enjoy hearing from you. Shirley

Name: Pastor Sharron Lucas

Date: 10/11/2010

Message: When I sing "For All the Saints" on Nov. 7, I will surely remember Emily! I met Emily during my first week in Sheyenne, and yes, she asked me to lead hymns as we gathered at the bedside of her sister-in-law, Res. She was always so kind and gracious to this "first-call" pastor. She offered a blessing, served up a mean cup of coffee, and gave me much needed and useful tips and pointers. Her memory will be tightly woven into the fabric of the Sheyenne community. My thoughts and prayers are with you Ahna, Becky, Bud, John, and the rest of the family. One thing we know by faith for certain--Emily's vision is 20/20 now!
