Message: Oh, Maxine and family; my heart is heavy for you. Know that you are in our prayers. I just arrived back in Iowa after attending the funeral of our Uncle LaVern and phoned to let them know that my travel went well. I was so stunned when told of Chuck's death. I am so glad you and I had opportunity to talk at the church after all these years. At times like this, I wish I lived closer. But, I am only a phone call away; feel free to phone anytime. When I went through loosing my husband, I got through the lonely times by talking to the Lord; may you find the same comfort.
