Luther Paulson, age 84, of Carrington, ND, died Monday, March 16, 2015 at Golden Acres Manor of Carrington. 

Luther Paulson was born on December 8, 1930, the son of Albert and Anna (Sorbel) Paulson.  He grew up on the family farm just south of Carrington; Luther lived there until 2006 when he sold it to Joan and Dave Copenhaver and moved to Carrington.  Luther enjoyed fishing and sports.  He played softball for many years.  His favorite holiday was the 4th of July and he hosted many Paulson family fireworks displays at the farm.  Luther was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church where he enjoyed singing in the choir.

Luther is survived by 11 nieces and nephews:  Lyle (Joyce) Paulson, Fargo, ND, Gerald (Cathy) Paulson, Carrington, Doris (Don) Workentine, Sturgis, SD, Denise (Danny) Schugard, Carrington, Dick Paulson, Carrington and Oxnard, CA, Allen  (Diane) Paulson, Miles City, MT, Miles (Bonnie) Paulson, Doug Paulson, Manning, ND, Arlys (Dale) Williams, Chinook, MT.  He is also survived by one sister-in-law, Natalie Paulson, New Rockford.

Luther was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Alvin, Clifford, Gordon and John.
