Timothy Bohl
Timothy Bohl, age 72, of Woodworth, ND, died Friday, December 12, 2025, at Golden Acres Manor in Carrington, ND.
Timothy George Bohl was born on October 3, 1953, the son of George and Margie (Zinke) Bohl in Jamestown, ND. He attended elementary school at Woodworth, ND, and the Seventh-day Adventist Church School at Jamestown, ND, then attended high school at Pine Forrest Academy in Chunky, MS, and Sheyenne River Academy in Harvey, ND. Tim attended college at Walla Walla University in College Place, WA, Bismarck State College in Bismarck, ND, and the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND.
Tim worked at Rolla Home in Jamestown, ND, and made several trips to work during the winter months in Louisiana with his brother Jeff. He was very proud that he had a part in helping build the Woodworth Elevator. Tim farmed and worked on the family farm with his dad, and farmed with his brothers, Jeff and Kelly.
Tim’s passion was sports; he could tell you about any player or team. As a young boy, he collected baseball cards. He never missed watching the Minnesota Vikings, Minnesota Twins, or the New York Yankees’ games. Tim also enjoyed reading, fishing, camping, 4-wheeling, music, going out to eat, and going for drives. The last several years, Tim would take his dad out for drives to look at fields. He enjoyed family get-togethers and being with everyone at Colby Lake. Tim had a smile a mile long. It didn’t matter where he went; he knew someone and greeted everyone with a smile, handshake, or hug.
Tim is survived by his father, George Bohl of Woodworth, ND; one brother, Kelly (Robin) Bohl of Woodworth, ND; three sisters, Camie Broussard of Woodworth, ND, Tammera (Dennis) Stebner of Woodworth, ND, and Mary (Jimmy) Klaassen of Red Lodge, MT; eight nieces, 10 nephews, 14 great-nieces and 12 great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Margie; one brother, Jeffrey; two nephews, Tarrin Nohrenberg and August Anliker; and one niece, Leslie Danielson.
(Both the Visitation and Prayer Service are Canceled due to weather conditions.) Timothy’s Visitation will be Thursday, 1:00PM – 6:00PM followed by a Prayer Service at 6:00PM all at Evans Funeral Home, Carrington.
A Funeral Service will be held Friday, December 19, 2025, at 11:00AM at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Woodworth, ND.
His Burial will be at the New Home Cemetery, Sykeston, ND.

Our hearts go out to the Bohl Family. Timmy’s kindness, huge heart, warm hugs and beautiful smile will be missed…Never have we run into him where all those beautiful factors were not a part of his hello. The world has lost not one, but two beautiful souls in Timmy and Jeff. There will not be a time where I am not thankful for having them in our lives. We are going to miss you dear friend
My sympathy is extended to the Bohl family and my friend, Tim’s father, George. May the Lord surround you with his love and give you comfort during this rough time.
Tim and I roomed together for a while at the Sheyenne River Academy in Harvey, ND. We always used to say “Friends to the end.” I hope to see him again someday.
