With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved son, Rustyn Wayne Vallecillo, who passed on August 18, 2025, at the tender age of one year old at CHI St. Alexius Hospital, Carrington, ND.

He was born on August 10, 2024, at Jamestown Regional Medical Center in Jamestown, ND, to Alexander Vallecillo and Shae Boyer.

Despite his brief time on earth, Rustyn brought immense joy and love to all who knew him. He will be remembered for his spunkiness.  He loved everyone and everything.  He lit up the room with his smile and squeals and screeches.  He loved to steal his sissy’s bottle and drink her chocolate milk all the time.  He enjoyed tormenting Cortona by taking her toys and just giggle when sissy took them back.  He just learned to clap his own hands together and could say momma and dada.  He leaves a hole in the hearts of all who loved him, that can never be repaired and will be forever missed. His giggle will be missed most of all.   Te amo mi bebe. 

Rustyn is survived by his father, Alexander, and mother, Shae; sister, Cortona; aunts and uncles, Sean (Amanda), Skyler, Sophie (Anderson); grandma, Rozi, grandma, Mirna, grandma, Tammy, great grandmother, Rosa; and many great aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Peggy; great-grandfather, John, along with 1 great aunt and a few cousins.

We ask that you hold your little ones closer and give them extra love and snuggles.   

Rustyn’s Visitation will be Thursday, at 1:00-4:30PM at Evans Funeral Home, Carrington.

A Funeral Service will be held Friday, August 22, 2025 at 10:30AM at Evans Funeral Home, Carrington, ND.

His Burial will be at the Carrington Cemetery.
